Our current 3 strategic priorities are:
1. Launching new games
2. Supporting our existing portfolio
3. Developing new IP

As such, we're looking for a College Creator Program - Manager to help us succeed across all 3 strategic priorities at the collegiate level. The Creator Program Manager will be our point person across our entire collegiate network— recruiting content creators, managing the network, tracking success, and ensuring all efforts are delivering on our key priorities.

Responsibilities

Brainstorming content strategies that serve each of the different company priorities

Recruiting content creators across a curated list of schools to help support current titles and launch new ones

Tracking what is vs isn’t working (eg. content formats) and ensuring the entire network is aware of this
Constantly iterating to ensure our network is delivering on our strategic priorities in the most effective manner

Requirements

Must be a current college student

Prior experience hosting meetups, organizing club activities, or similar

Passion for all things Internet (memes, trends, etc)

Experience creating short form content is a plus
